Kriss Shriver

Founder & Managing Partner
Kriss started investing in real estate in 2007, with single-family units in Colorado, plus short term vacation rentals in Utah and Florida. Kriss is now focused on commercial multifamily real estate with Yield Capital Group. His background as an investor and multi-faceted entrepreneur includes owning, operating and eventually selling multiple successful businesses — from software sales, to multiple restaurants, to an automative performance parts company. Kriss is also a U.S. Navy veteran.

Michelle Shriver

Co-Founder & Investor Relations
Michelle is a long-tenured corporate executive in the C-Suite of a public hospitality company. She is also a licensed real estate agent in addition to being the co-founder of Yield Capital Group, where she focuses her attention on deal analysis, broker and investor relations. As a busy executive and entrepreneur, Michelle is an advocate for diversifying your investments and building a passive income. Real Estate is her favorite investment vehicle, but she is also active in the stock market and is a passive investor in a start-up restaurant chain.
